Migo Software Completes Acquisition of StompSoft, Inc.’s Software ...
Migo also acquired StompSoft's web store as well as StompSoft's OEM software channel which includes Hewlett-Packard and SanDisk among its customers. Under the terms of the agreement, the purchase price consisted of 20,000,000 shares of Migo Common Stock and $650,000 paid to StompSoft. Located in Irvine, CA, StompSoft has developed a line of award-winning backup, system utility and online security/privacy software. For the year ended December 2005, StompSoft had revenues of approximately $3.3 million. Although StompSoft also reported an operating loss of approximately $1.3 million for the year ended December 31, 2005, the acquisition is expected to be accretive and have a positive material impact on Migo's 2007 revenues and earnings due to expected cost savings and operational improvements.
Highland store offers laptops at low prices
For the past five years, Scott Stead has been helping members of the Pinckney community with their computer problems. Now, he's brought his expertise to Highland. Stead recently opened Laptop Xpress, located on Milford Road near Milford High School. He also owns Affordable Laptops in Pinckney. Don't let the names fool you, though he also works on desktops. .
